SSPlayWin Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

Welcome to SSPlayWin. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and SSPlayWin ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the SSPlayWin website, mobile interface and all services offered through it, including sports betting, live casino, card games, jackpot slots, the Aviator game and all other games and features available at ssplaywin.app.

By creating an account on SSPlayWin, making a deposit, placing a bet or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue to use SSPlayWin.

SSPlayWin operates as an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. All transactions are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in English and apply to all registered players regardless of their city or province within Pakistan.

To register and use SSPlayWin, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SSPlayWin does not permit minors to register or use the platform under any circumstances. SSPlayWin reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to suspend or permanently close accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• You must be a natural person registering for personal, non-commercial use only. Registrations on behalf of a business, corporation or other legal entity are not permitted.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be self-excluded or excluded by SSPlayWin from using the platform. Players who have previously self-excluded from SSPlayWin must not attempt to register a new account during their exclusion period.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration. Providing false information — including false date of birth — is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Each player is permitted to hold one SSPlayWin account only. Opening or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a serious violation of these Terms. SSPlayWin uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are found, all accounts will be closed and all balances — including any deposits, winnings and bonus funds — will be forfeited.

When you register with SSPlayWin, you are required to provide:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your national identity documents
• A valid Pakistani mobile number that you own and control
• Your date of birth
• A unique password of your choosing — strong passwords are strongly recommended

You are responsible for keeping your SSPlayWin login credentials confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. SSPlayWin staff will never ask you for your password in any communication. SSPlayWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents (such as a copy of your CNIC) before processing withdrawals or at any point during your account's lifetime. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension.

All bets placed on SSPlayWin's sports betting section are subject to the following general rules. Specific sport-by-sport settlement rules are available on the platform's betting help section.

• A bet is confirmed and binding only once it has been accepted by SSPlayWin's system and a confirmation reference number has been generated. Bets that do not receive a confirmation reference are not valid.
• Minimum bet across all sports markets on SSPlayWin is Rs 100. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event importance and account tier.
• SSPlayWin reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market where an obvious pricing error occurred — such as a live odds feed malfunction or a manual entry error — regardless of whether the bet was already settled.
• Where a sporting event is abandoned, postponed or not completed, SSPlayWin will settle bets in accordance with the specific sport's settlement rules. In most cases, bets on abandoned events with no official result are voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket specifically: if a match result is determined via the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, that official result stands and bets are settled accordingly.
• Live in-play bets are placed at the risk of the bettor. SSPlayWin does not guarantee the continuity or availability of live markets. If a live market is suspended at the time a player attempts to place a bet, the bet will not be processed.
• SSPlayWin's settlement decisions are final once a result has been confirmed. Bets may only be reviewed if a verifiable scoring or settlement error occurred.

All casino games on SSPlayWin — including live casino tables, card games, jackpot slots and the Aviator crash game — operate under the following general rules:

• All digital casino games on SSPlayWin use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) to determine outcomes. RNG certification ensures that outcomes are genuinely random and not influenced by SSPlayWin, previous results or any other external factor.
• The Aviator game uses a provably fair algorithm. The crash point for each round is determined before betting opens and is verifiable by any player using the public seed hash system available within the game interface.
• Live casino games are operated by professional dealers through HD video stream. Game outcomes are determined by the physical results of the live game (card dealt, wheel spin, etc.) and are recorded and auditable.
• In the event of a disconnection during a casino game round, SSPlayWin's system records the game state at the point of disconnection. If the game was already in progress with an active bet, the round will be completed according to the game's rules and the outcome applied to the player's balance upon reconnection.
• Jackpot prizes on SSPlayWin's slot games are subject to verification before payment. SSPlayWin reserves the right to conduct a brief system verification of any large jackpot win before crediting it to a player's account.

SSPlayWin offers various bonuses and promotions to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback promotions and loyalty rewards. All promotions on SSPlayWin are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

The following general rules apply to all SSPlayWin bonuses unless specifically stated otherwise in a promotion's individual terms:

• Bonuses are credited to a player's bonus balance. Bonus funds are separate from real-money balance and must meet wagering requirements before any portion can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless stated otherwise, the standard wagering requirement for SSPlayWin bonuses is 30x the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus requires Rs 30,000 in qualifying wagers before it becomes withdrawable.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds that expire before wagering requirements are met will be removed from the player's account without conversion to real money.
• SSPlayWin bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to coordinated betting patterns designed to exploit promotions, use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus or placing low-risk hedged bets to clear wagering requirements — is a violation of these Terms.
• SSPlayWin reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. For ongoing promotions, SSPlayWin will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
• Bonuses are not transferable between players and cannot be exchanged for cash outside of the standard wagering requirement process.

SSPlayWin is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We offer a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools are available in your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set a maximum PKR amount that can be deposited within a daily, weekly or monthly period. Once set, limits cannot be increased immediately — a cooling-off period applies before any increase takes effect.
• Loss limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. SSPlayWin will prevent betting activity once this limit is reached.
• Session time reminders: Receive an on-screen notification when you have been logged in for longer than a self-selected duration.
• Self-exclusion: Request a temporary exclusion (24 hours to 6 months) or a permanent exclusion from SSPlayWin. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately. During self-exclusion, you will not be able to log into or use your SSPlayWin account. SSPlayWin will also suspend any promotional communications to you during the exclusion period.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SSPlayWin. Engaging in any of the below may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of all balances:

• Registering more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or identity verification
• Using another person's payment method or account details for deposits or withdrawals
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors or pricing mistakes in SSPlayWin's systems to gain an unfair advantage
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or any software to interact with SSPlayWin outside of the normal browser-based interface
• Colluding with other players on SSPlayWin or with individuals outside the platform to manipulate game outcomes or market prices
• Match fixing, spot fixing or any form of participation in the corruption of sporting events on which SSPlayWin offers betting markets
• Money laundering — using SSPlayWin as a vehicle to process, transfer or conceal the origin of funds derived from illegal activity
• Systematic bonus abuse as described in Section 7
• Any activity that SSPlayWin reasonably determines to constitute fraud, dishonesty or bad faith toward the platform or its other users

SSPlayWin reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request by SSPlayWin
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or the use of the platform for any illegal purpose
• A court order, legal process or regulatory instruction requiring the restriction of an account
• At the player's own request, including as part of a self-exclusion request

Where an account is closed due to a player's violation of these Terms, SSPlayWin reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance. Where no violation has occurred, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following a standard verification process.

SSPlayWin operates the platform on an "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected technical issues or circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect platform availability. SSPlayWin will not be liable to you for any loss arising from temporary unavailability of the platform.

SSPlayWin is not responsible for any losses you incur through your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from placing bets, playing casino games, acting on information displayed on the platform or making decisions based on odds shown at any particular time.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SSPlayWin's total liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or from the use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim.

SSPlayWin collects, stores and processes personal data about registered players as necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify identity and comply with applicable obligations. By using SSPlayWin, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• SSPlayWin does not sell your personal data to third parties
• Your data is used to operate your account, process transactions and provide customer support
• SSPlayWin uses standard security measures to protect player data
• You have the right to request access to your personal data by contacting support@ssplaywin.app

SSPlayWin reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a change is material — meaning it significantly affects your rights or obligations as a player — SSPlayWin will provide notice of the change via the platform or by email to your registered address before the change takes effect.
